Christian Hayes
President, Founder

Hayes Construction Company was founded by Christian Hayes in 1964. During the last 35 years he evolved the company from a strictly residential remodeler to incorporate commercial and industrial services, becoming a major contractor in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.

William Hayes
Vice President

In addition to several years of field experience, Bill has over 10 years project management experience specializing in commercial and institutional work. While overseeing much of the daily operations, he has successfully managed projects for University of Maryland Baltimore, Coppin State University, University of Baltimore, Loyola College, and many more.

Steve Hohman
Project Manager

Steve has over 24 years experience in the construction industry, including 15 years as a field foreman and superintendent. Major jobs have included construction projects at Oriole Park at Camden Yard. Steve is now involved with commercial and church interior renovations. He also manages the residential remodeling division which constructs additions, installs siding, replacement windows, roofing, exterior and interior renovations.

Arnfinn Ramsland
Vice President

Finn specializes in estimating and managing reconstruction of structural property damaged from fire, storm, water, freezing or explosion. Finn is also recognized as an expert in his field by insurance companies and has acted as an appraiser and umpire in several formal appraisals.

Jim Tabeling
Kitchen and Bath Manager

Jim has over 20 years experience in the area of kitchen and bath remodeling and has been the kitchen and bath manager at Hayes Construction Company since 1983. Specializing in custom kitchen remodeling, bath remodeling and additions involving kitchens, Jim is also a certified kitchen Designer (CKD).

Bill Bergman
General Superintendent

Bill has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and has been with Hayes Construction for 24 years. He is currently the company's General Superintendant in charge of all field personel.
