Hayes Construction Company worked with a local biopharmaceutical company to install a three-story exterior elevator shaft that would allow for ingress and egress to and from the building. As part of the project, Hayes Construction Company prepared a new pad site for placement of the exterior elevator. Additionally, interior renovations were completed to allow for biopharmaceutical work to be conducted in clean rooms near the new exterior elevator. These renovations included new airlock doorways, HVAC changes, electrical work, new walls and lighting, and so on.
