Hayes Construction completed the construction of a new Health and Wellness Suite within Towson University’s Burdick Hall Campus Recreation Center, transforming an existing gymnasium into a modern, high-performance space. The project featured a fully independent interior structure to minimize noise and vibration from adjacent gym activities. Scope included full HVAC modifications, new electrical systems with smart lighting, and integrated AV/communications systems with interactive displays and conferencing capabilities. New interior storefront systems provided a clean, modern finish.
